  • Led rapid location turnover, clearing and rebuilding a barbershop set within a two-day turnaround.

  • Managed green room operations and coordinated directly with talent teams to fulfill on-set requests and guest logistics.

  • Supported departments during fast-paced setups and resets.

  • Partnered with Production Manager and Coordinator on travel, housing, and load-in/load-out logistics.
